If you’re contacting us about a tool that isn’t working as expected, including the tool name, your browser/device and a short description of what happened can help us understand the issue faster. Please do not email confidential files, passwords or other sensitive information.
If a conversion fails, please include the tool name, your browser and device, the input format, the output format you selected and any on-screen error message. A short description of the steps to reproduce the issue helps us investigate without seeing your private files.
If you have a privacy question, please read our privacy policy and how browser-based processing works first. For PDF questions, learn why whiteout is not secure redaction. Do not email private files, account credentials or financial documents as diagnostic attachments.
